Shop Policies

SUMMER SHIPPING:

 

All orders placed between 6/12 and 7/8 will be shipped on the following Wednesday. 

 

 

RETURNS

Yarn may be returned for shop credit within 60 days in unwound & in original condition IF there is still the same dye lot on the shop shelves. 

Needles, books, & patterns are non-refundable. If for some reason there is a issue or you purchase a damaged item, please let us know within 72 hours. 

Items purchased on sale are non returnable. 

If you need to return an item by mail, please let us know by email. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless an error was made by the shop. 

 

 

WINDING

We are always happy to wind yarn you've purchased at OMR, however it is limited it to 2 skeins per purchase.

If making an online purchase & you'd like your yarn wound, please let us know which 2 skeins you would like wound. This may cause a slight shipping delay. Online orders normally ship out 1-3 business days after they are received.

Items purchased in shop or online during a special event will not be wound prior to shipping. 

 

 

CLASSES

All class supplies must be purchased at One More Row. 

Unfortunately we do not offer children's classes - students must be aged 13+. We encourage you to drop your student off as space in the shop is limited. 

If you've signed up for a class or private lesson and cannot make it, please let us know asap. We generally have a waitlist for classes, so the sooner the better.

There are NO refunds or reschedules for cancellation within 48 hrs of the class/lesson date. There are no refunds for class missed without prior communication.

Rescheduling a missed class is up to the instructors discretion.

If your class has homework, it must be finished prior to class. Homework can always be found on the class registration page under the Class tab. We will email class reminders a few days in advance, but if you would like more time to complete your homework please make note of what the homework is when you register for class. 

Please silence your phones before class starts. If you need to take a call, please step outside of the shop. 

 

 

MISC

Pets are not allowed in the shop at any time. Service animals are always welcome.

The shop fridge is for staff lunches. You are more than welcome to bring a snack or drink for your time in the shop but please do not bring something that needs to be refrigerated.
