It's time to learn new sweater construction! This is a new sweater class with a unique combination shoulder construction.
This class will be constructed a little different than most sweater classes, with shorter but more frequent classes to work through all the techniques together.
This is not a first sweater class, as this class assumes students have prior construction knowledge. Students must also know colorwork as stranded knitting will not be taught in this class.
Dates: This is a Saturday AFTERNOON class
May 16th - Fit, Pattern clarification, Upper Back
May 30th - Upper Left/Right Fronts
June 6th - Sleeve Combination construction
July 16th - Colorwork and sleeve separation
Time: 1:30-3:30
Supplies:
Rosie Sweater by Le Knit (available on Ravelry)
Yarn Options- Scout, Acadia, or any fingering and fuzzy held together. Pattern calls for dk.
Needles appropriate for gauge
locking stitch markers
stitch holder
highlighter tape or marking system
Homework: Students must make and block a gauge swatch.
Students must be comfortable picking up stitches, increasing, changing colors, and working multiple directions at once. Students are required to have sweater and colorwork experience.
Class Policies:
All class supplies must be purchased at One More Row. All students must be aged 13+.
There are NO refunds or reschedules for cancellation within 48 hrs of the class/lesson date. There are no refunds for class missed without prior communication.
If your class has homework, it must be finished prior to class.
